Kangaroo Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients
- 500g Kangaroo mince
- 400g tomato puree
- 1/2 cup of red wine
- 1 x Onion finely chopped
- Salt, Pepper & Nutmeg (to taste)
- 1 x Packet of Spagetti (Cooked)
Instructions
- Fry onion until transparent
- Add mince, salt, pepper & nutmeg and combine well
- Mix in tomato puree & red wine
- Simmer for 20 - 30 minutes
- Serve with cooked spagetti & garnish with parsley
